Starting Fresh

I have attempted to lose weight in the past with varying degrees of success. I usually lose momentum, forget to track and fall into laziness.

This time I have a more solid plan for success. 50lbs doesn't lose itself, so I plan to use both large goals and small goals to keep me motivated. To name a few large goals:
  1. 98% vegan diet
  2. Lose my sugar addiction 
  3. Embracing my love of running, yoga and Pilates
